How to Place an Order
Bon Appetit Catering Services is pleased to provide catering services designed for your needs. This brochure will serve as a guide to assist you in making your choices. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside of the information listed in this brochure, call our management team here to assemble a custom catered event that meets your needs. It is our goal to make your job as easy as possible and to meet and exceed your expectations.
Reservations – We ask that all reservations be placed as early as possible. We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. If you have not received confirmation of your request within 24 hours, please give us a call. All orders will be confirmed the night before your scheduled event.
All catering orders are placed through CaterTrax. A 24-hour minimum notice is requested for all catering events. If this is not possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs but your menu selection will be limited and delivery time is not guaranteed.Next day orders must be submitted by 2:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate orders received after this time but there may be an additional service charge. Regular Delivery hours are 7:30AM-3:30PM. After hour Services are available. Contact The catering office. Additional Charges may apply. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
All upgraded linens, floral arrangements, formal dinnerware, special requests and décor will be priced according to event specifications.For assistance in planning an event or creating a customized menu please call the catering office.
